The beginning of the contacts in order to find
the place for the ingot and wafer manufacturing plant.

2004 January
Agreement with the Administration of Puertollano and
the Counsel of the Castilla-La Mancha Community in
order to locate the project in Puertollano (Ciudad Real).

2004 May
The construction is started.

2005 October
The silicon ingot and wafer production is started.

2006 November
The wafer number 10.000.000 is produced.

2008 October
100% of the installed productive capacity.

2009 August
The second stage is started up.
